I was so excited for the BBQ and the fireworks yesterday... But, I don't really like loud noises. My adoptive mom took me home and gave me a bath and bottle before the fireworks in our neighborhood really got started. I was pretty much out when all the loud noises started. My adoptive mom held me and covered my ears so I wouldn't get startled awake. Maybe, next year I'll get to see all the pretty fireworks.

Today, July 5th, I've had a rough day. I am not feeling quite like myself and have cried a lot. For some reason, I just can't relax and take a nap. I am hoping that I will sleep well tonight.
